Sofas, beds, mattresses, wardrobes, tables and chairs. Anything that won’t fit through the door in one piece, we dismantle on site and carry out.
Builders’ and renovation waste
Rubble, plasterboard, timber off-cuts, old plumbing, and stripped-out kitchens and bathrooms, including toilets, baths, sinks, worktops and units.
Garden waste
Green waste, soil, broken fencing, old decking, paving slabs and garden furniture. Had a landscaper in? We’ll shift whatever they’ve left behind.
Electricals and white goods
Fridges, freezers, washing machines, cookers, TVs and small appliances, separated so they can be recycled. Old computers go to our computer recycling service.
Office and commercial waste

What we can’t take: hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, paint tins, oil, gas bottles and clinical waste. If you’re unsure about anything, ask when you book and we’ll tell you straight away.

Need it gone today? Same-day rubbish removal is often available across London, and in most cases we can have a team with you within 24 hours of your call. If it isn’t urgent, book a date that suits you instead. We collect seven days a week, and you’ll always get a 2-hour arrival window rather than waiting in all day.
You don’t have to bring anything outside. Leave it where it is, in the flat, the garden, the garage or the loft, or stack it by the front door if that’s easier. We carry it all out, load the van and sweep up behind us.

Legal, licensed and recycled
Fly-tipping is a real problem on London’s streets, and if your rubbish is dumped by an unlicensed collector, you can be fined for it. That’s why every Chuck It collection comes with a waste transfer note: your proof that it was taken by a licensed waste carrier (CBDU295402) to an authorised facility.
Usable furniture and household items go to charity where we can. Metal, wood, cardboard, textiles and electricals are separated for recycling, and only what’s left goes for licensed disposal.

How is the price worked out?
By how much space your rubbish takes up in the van, how heavy it is and whether any items need special disposal. Text us photos and we’ll give you a fixed price before we arrive, with no hidden charges on the day.
Do I need to bring the rubbish outside?
No. We collect from wherever it is, whether that’s an upstairs flat, the loft, the garage or the back garden. Just let us know where it is and how we get to it when you book.
Do I need to be home during the collection?
Not if the rubbish is somewhere we can reach, such as a front garden or driveway. Agree with us beforehand exactly what’s going and where it is, and we’ll let you know once it’s done.
Do you take builders' rubble and plasterboard?
Yes. We collect rubble, plasterboard, timber and strip-out waste from kitchens and bathrooms. Heavy waste fills the van’s weight limit faster than general rubbish, so mention it when you ask for a quote.
Can you take fridges, mattresses and TVs?
Yes. These need to be disposed of separately, so there may be an extra charge. We’ll include it in your quote so there are no surprises.
Is there anything you can't take?
